Maarten Vrolijk

Maarten Vrolijk is a Dutch artist and designer based in Amsterdam whose work transforms familiar objects into sculptural compositions.

With an instinct for color, material, and unexpected form, he creates pieces that feel both expressive and restrained.

For more than 25 years, his work has been exhibited and collected internationally, including by the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam, the Museum of Modern Art in New York, and the Groninger Museum.
